In this workshop you will each get to choose a cup and a tile to draw on. don’t worry if you don't know what you would like to draw on your cup and tile because I have prepared and bunch of flash sheets with all sorts of cool things like bugs and bats bottles and and bricks and birds. there will be other other things too that don’t start with the letter ‘b’ so you will have heaps of good inspiration. there will also be plenty of paper and pencils that we can fill with ideas and practice drawings before we get down to business. I will show you how to use slip trailers to apply underglaze to your cups and magnet tiles and it should be a very nice fun time.
Included in the cost of the class is all clay, tools, firing & glazing each students mug and magnet tile.
All pieces will be available to collect 1 month after the class (I will glue magnets to your tiles).
T&C
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer any refunds.
When you purchase a class we reserve that class/seat for you, at that specific date and time. In that way, we have honoured your purchase.
If for some reason (sickness, COVID, another appointment) you are unable to attend your class, you can send someone else in your place for no extra charge (please email us at yep@clamdogclay.com)
We take the highest quality care of your pieces. However, sometimes due to the fragile nature of ceramics things break or crack either in the kiln or in the drying process. We cannot be held responsible for any pieces that do not survive the kilns, your purchase is an acceptance of these terms. We will do our absolute best to manage the drying and handeling of the pieces, but the kiln gods can be a tempremental bunch.
